Try the eight new 900 Degrees Specials this October!

A few of this month’s specials are in honor of a late cousin of one of our cooks. This cousin’s name is Charlie “Chuckles” DiGloria. A man who always filled the room with laughter and smiles and was loved by everyone who knew him. Sadly, Charlie lost his battle with mental health and addition. In Charlie’s name, we are hosting a 900 Degrees Raising Dough fundraiser on October 30th in collaboration with Hope for Recovery. We ask that those who come in that you enjoy these 900 Degrees specials with friends and family in moments filled with laughter and joy, just like Charlie would have.

Charlie’s Pecan BBQ Wings
Our signature Tuscan Wings tossed in a mix of our BBQ sauce, roasted pecans, and salted caramel, then tossed in additional roasted pecan pieces. Sweet and smoky!

Burrata with Root Vegetables
Fresh burrata served with small diced roasted root vegetables, parsnips, sweet potato, butternut squash, red onion, and kale. Topped with a freshly made Mostarda, a sweet and savory dried fruit jam filled with apricots, cherries, shallots, and a pinch of stone ground dijon mustard.

Roasted Sweet Potato Salad
A bed of fresh spring mix, topped with roasted sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, candied walnuts, and goat cheese crumble. Served with a side of maple apple cider dressing, made with real maple syrup and locally sourced apple cider!

Butternut Bacon Pizza
Extra virgin olive oil base with roasted butternut squash pieces, locally sources applewood smoked bacon and grated pecorino Romano. Garnished with fresh sage and maple syrup!

Pumpkin Cheesecake
A pumpkin cheesecake base topped with a thick layer of rich pumpkin mousse on a graham cracker crust. Garnished with a salted caramel drizzle, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Perfect for a fall evening dessert.

S’mores Dessert Pie
Our cinnamon dough topped with melted chocolate, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Perfect to share on a fall night.

Chuckle’s Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
2 scoops of chocolate chip ice cream served with whipped cream and chocolate syrup!

Vegan Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Made by Sweet Treat Creamery, coconut based. Ask for Reddi-Whip vegan whipped cream and vegan chocolate syrup if you’d like it! Also available a la mode.
